A: The Toyota Innova and Toyota Avanza both seat 7 including the driver. For bigger groups, our Kia Pregio van seats 11.
Q: Is a chauffeur/driver service available?
A: Yes, we provide driver services for an additional RM70 - RM100 per day. Perfect if you just want to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Q: Can I drive the MPV outside of the Kuching area?
A: Yes, but 'outstation' trips (leaving the Kuching zone borders to locations like Sri Aman or Sibu) might be subject to additional outstation surcharges. Please inform us beforehand.
Q: Which MPV is best for 6 people with luggage?
A: For 6 people with luggage, we recommend the Toyota Innova as it has a larger boot space even with all passengers on board.
Q: Are both MPVs automatic?
A: Yes, both our Toyota Innova and Toyota Avanza are automatic transmission. Easy and comfortable for anyone to drive.
Q: What's the fuel consumption of the MPVs?
A: The Toyota Avanza uses about 7.5L/100km while the Toyota Innova uses about 10L/100km. The Avanza is more fuel-efficient for city driving.
Q: Can I take the MPV to Sibu or Miri?
A: Yes, provided you inform us in advance. Long-distance trips may be subject to outstation surcharges, and we'll need to check the vehicle condition before the journey.
Q: Are child seats/baby seats provided?
A: We currently don't provide child seats. You're welcome to bring your own. Both our MPVs have ISOFIX anchor points.
Q: What's the deposit for an MPV?
A: The MPV deposit is RM100, the same as every other vehicle. The deposit is fully refunded after the vehicle is returned.
Q: Can I fold the rear seats for more luggage space?
A: Yes, the third row of both MPVs can be folded flat to add more luggage space. Perfect for smaller groups with lots of bags.
Q: Do you have a van for rent in Kuching?
A: Yes. Our Kia Pregio van seats 11 including the driver, has a manual gearbox and costs RM220 a day.
Q: Can I drive the van myself?
A: Yes, with a valid Malaysian driving licence. Foreign visitors need an international driving permit. We can also provide a driver.

Chauffeur Service for MPV
If you prefer to relax and enjoy the scenery, we offer professional driver services:
- Rate: RM70 - RM100 per day (depending on travel distance)
- Experience: Our drivers are experienced and know routes throughout Sarawak
- Booking: Please book at least 48 hours in advance
- Includes: Driver and fuel for travel within Kuching. Additional fuel for outstation trips is borne by the renter.
11-Seat Van Rental in Kuching
For bigger groups, we have an 11-seat Kia Pregio van (manual) for RM220 a day. Drive it yourself with a Malaysian driving licence (foreign visitors: an international driving permit), or book it with our driver. RM100 deposit, no minimum rental period.
