Terms of Service

• Renters must be 21 years or older
• Hold a valid driving licence (Malaysian or international)
• Provide the following documents: a copy of your IC/passport, driving licence and a utility bill
• Students (aged 18-20) may rent by showing a valid university student card as an additional document

• Bookings can be made on WhatsApp at +6013-826 0554
• A booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received
• Please book at least 24 hours in advance to secure a vehicle
• Bookings for peak seasons (Hari Raya, Christmas, Gawai) should be made earlier

• A security deposit of RM100 is required for every vehicle, with no minimum rental period
• The deposit can be paid in cash or by bank transfer
• The deposit is refunded in full within 24 hours after the vehicle is returned in good condition
• Deductions are made for damage, loss or breach of these terms

• Daily rates range from RM75/day (Perodua Viva Manual) to RM220/day (Kia Pregio Van)
• Daily rates are flat: no extra charge for weekends
• Discounts may be available for weekly (7+ days) or monthly (30+ days) rentals. Contact us for a quote
• Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer or by online banking
• Full payment must be settled before or on the day of pickup

• Vehicles are handed over with a set fuel level (recorded at handover)
• Renters must return the vehicle with the same fuel level or more
• An extra charge applies if the fuel level is lower on return

• All vehicles are covered by valid comprehensive insurance
• Renters are responsible for the excess in the event of an accident
• Insurance does not cover: tyre, mirror or undercarriage damage, or damage caused by negligence
• Accidents must be reported to the police and to us within 24 hours

• Contact us immediately at +6013-826 0554 if an accident happens
• Make a police report within 24 hours
• Take photos of the damage and the location
• Do not move the vehicle if the damage is serious
• Repair costs beyond the insurance coverage are borne by the renter

• Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time
• A 1-hour grace period is allowed
• Returns more than 1 hour late are charged half a day
• Returns more than 6 hours late are charged a full day
• Please let us know early if you need to extend your rental

• Cancellation 48 hours or more before pickup: full deposit refund
• Cancellation 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup: no deposit refund
• Emergencies are considered case by case

• Travel within Kuching and surrounding areas: no extra charge
• Outstation travel (Sri Aman, Sibu, Bintulu, Miri, etc.) must be declared in advance
• An outstation surcharge may apply depending on destination and duration
• Vehicles may not be taken outside Sarawak or into Kalimantan (Indonesia) without written permission

Rental vehicles may not be used for:

• Racing, test driving or dangerous activities
• Carrying illegal goods
• Sub-renting to third parties
• Off-road driving
• Driving by anyone not named in the rental agreement

• Delivery to Kuching International Airport (KIA): FREE
• Delivery to hotels within Kuching: FREE
• Delivery outside Kuching: charges may apply (please ask)
• Vehicles can be returned at the same location or another agreed location

• A driver is available at an extra RM70 - RM100 per day
• Our drivers are experienced and know routes across Sarawak
• Driver bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance
